I tried Bypass Sync and Finalize build for forklift, works fine. But when i tried for garage lv 3 and barrack lv 3, it was failed. Finalized, but i can't update minivan no more. Garage and barrack are still lv 2, and i can't do nothing because upgrade table was dissappear.
Please help

No, you didn't mention it on the note above. You just said it will works fine on certain places, but not dangerous if use it on others.
Anyway, thanks fo for the mod, but is there a way to fix this?

Only restarting the game. OP was advice about it in previous versions. Only use bypass in last tower, forklift, bridge, pump water and generator. Never use it in walls or garage etc... Because bypass is done but don't leveling up.
 
All items from settlements, do not increase the number, otherwise the construction will not be completed and the game will be broken.
Items in settlements must not increase the number, such as iron wire, pine beam, iron billet, antenna, rubber hose, screw, light frame, asbestos, etc.
Military camps, command centers, garages, walls, drone centers must not use bypass sync finalize.
But I'm not sure if the substation and water pump in settlements can use bypass sync finalize well without the game being broken.
I've already lost my saved game more than 6 times, and now I'm going to build the 2nd wall from the 7th saved game again. T_T
