You might have to create the obb folder that's what I did after I reset and reroot rooted my phone. the obb folder wasn't there, probably because I didn't have any apps requiring it.

Ok so I create it, install original game, play the 1st tutorial match then save OBB folder, uninstall original, install modded, replace OBB folder ?
I'm trying to mod 1.6.7 myself since a few hours, starting with winning more gold in fights, but for now all I got is only a large amount of win gold while fighting, but it's not adding it when the fight is over, it's normal gold again :/
But as I don't use OBB folder thing maybe that's why it's not working, I'm pretty noob to this.

1. Install the Playstore version of the game.
2. Start it up, and maybe even play through the tutorial or w/e, just get in game.
3. Exit, use a file manager to go to android>OBB
4. Find the obb folder for the game, and put an x on the end of it (Example, if the folder was named com.joy.hero you would rename it to com.joy.herox)
5. Uninstall Playstore version.
6. Install the modded apk, but DO NOT open it.
7. Go back to your obb folder and take the x out of the folder name.
8. Start up the game, you should be good to go.
 
Help I can not find the OBB folder when i go to android > OBB. where can I finf the game obb to install the mod and play. Thank you
 
In the older version when u press the back button many times u get more rewards and more level upgrade, now if u do that u get a network error msg and doesnt work, any one knows how to fix that?

I´m playing on Nox emulator in my PC

Hi guys I need help,my phone is not rooted so I install this mod but when I try to load up my account on the modded version I just get a green loading circle,is there amything I can do with out rooting my phone

Same problem here, i already have an account (lvl 20) but I cant log in with moded apk, got the same green circle
spinning infinitely and stuck.

Ok, I managed to make it work using the links that are in the original post. I logged in with my G+ account and it worked. Tks a lot!

Yes, my phone is rooted (Asus Zenfone 5), it's pretty simple to do using KingRoot - How to Root Android using KingRoot

I followed the instructions of these links:

1) Making Unsigned Mod Apk For Rooted Phone Use to Sign in to Google+
2) How to login with Google+ on unsigned modded Android games (Root)

You need a rooted phone to use the Lucky Patcher patch tool. And I did not even have to use the Obb/Data trick, but if you need to, the save game is in "Device / Data / data / com.n3twork.legendary". Use an app that gives you access to system folders, such as EsFileExplorer

Now if u do that u get a network error msg and doesnt work. It would be great to have that kind of mod again. Now getting gems to buy some high event packs takes many days.
