Normal web browser mean the normal one if u do factory reset lol, every device brand have own web browser

My theory is that stat resets around at 70 to 80 or certain amount of quests

I literally explained how to check
Thats why i ask u so i can check which lib exactly this happen, its either 64bit lib causing it or i will just remove some of the feature next update

Not that I know, but they probably put some anti-hack in the game, so I went after it and discovered that if you level up your attributes to at least 25 and then disable the option to gain status, your does not reset statistics
