This is an idea, not sure if anyone interested. I'm more than happy to run a live modding Q&A session where we all work together on a particular game and YOU try to mod it. Each session should only be for 1-2 hours, you can stay for the whole session or jump in any time (or out). It will be held in discord, so it's public.

These sessions are designed for not-too-advanced modders. Well, if you already know how to mod, you don't need sessions, do you? They are therefore aimed at more beginner sessions.

Timing is going to be nightmare, for the sessions that I'm in, it will be MY night time. If there are other more experienced modders who would like to run sessions too, then their sessions timing will be different, but we should post it here so that everyone can join in. We're only going to help YOU answer your questions, you need to do the modding work, show screenshots, whatever. Most sessions should end exactly 1 hour from start, it may run to 2 hours IF AND ONLY IF the modder moderator (whatever you wanna call us) have the time. If it ends whilst you haven't finish modding the game, then consider that as your "homework" ;)

Not sure how long these kinds of sessions gonna last but I'm more than happy to run the first one. We could run this once every month, at the end of the month, what do you say?

Respond below if you're interested and the kind of game(s) you're trying to work on. Games that require dumping or breaking anti-cheat will be skipped, cause obviously you already know how to mod and these sessions aren't for that.

Tools needed (for now; more added depending on games):
1. java SDK installed
2. .Net Reflector installed
3. any hex editor
4. and give @s810car support for his tool - get that tool installed too! we're all his pre-alpha testers.

If you have no clue what game to start, just write "Subway Surfers". Always a perfect game for everyone to cough cough play :D

Edit: moving this to modder section, was posting in wrong section before

Appreciate the mention :D im also happy to be able to say im about 6 weeks tops for having a decent AIO, smali is good, just posted a screen of the PE header explorer (80% complete now), got the unity disasm working in development so just need to get the view right and the refactoring, and already looking at x86 disasm :D
on topic, i think this is a great idea, really need to get the people interested in learning to mod beyond the ilspy search box :D so much more they could do if they weren't looking for tag words and actually wanted to learn how it works, good luck with it might even check it out if i got time, i would recommend to stick with offline unity or smali for at least the first one, questions ive fielded lately tell me best to give a stronger foundation of the basics before really hitting the stuff that requires thinking lol

WOW!!!! This is a great opportunity guys! Anyone who have interest in modding android games should give it a try, particulary if you have difficulty in learning all by yourself. You'll see that once you start learning the basics it all gets much and much easier :p

I wish i had @BTG and all EMT to teach when i first started, so jealous
