can install on my end. something wrong with your phone maybe. if you already have the game and want to install the modded apk you need to check on OBB trick.

you need to follow the instruction i gave.you need to first download the game on PLAYSTORE. then do the OBB trick to install the MOD APK. that happens when you install the mod apk without its OBB files

try first downloading it on PC or LAPTOP. i cant help you coz my internet data right now is scarce. 1gb worth of data is around $2 here.
