Mcoc mod apk

Good day I am looking for help with modding Marvel Contest of Champions. I can do the mod but the apk doesn't work afterwards. It used to work but recently they changed it and added a new xml property in their Android build manifest, and whatever you try, you can't install the game with a custom manifest. How can I get my apk to work again? Any help would be much appreciated
