There is 2 kind of SD Card Internal and External, it should be placed where the game data were installed.
By the reaction and question you made, I would say Internal.

stat should be no change, the damage is changing, try the mod inside the battle

Yeah in battle my damage is the same. I'm sure im using the modded version too and not bypass. And I have the config in sd card and 10 as first line

Edit: I got it to work. I forgot to enable storage permissions.

You need to upgrade your Bot to pass the stage, or it will keep freeze.
