merge 2 mod ==> 1 mod

There are two apks of the same game, same version, but different mods. I want to merge these two mods into one unified mod apk. How can I do that?
 
This is very easy to do it, you just need to add both mod into bowl mix them together. Mix it well by hand for atleast 30mins and put in refrigerator over night
