Do you make it so visible only on your own screen? Can it be seen by other people?

this is only visible on our screen
on the screen other people don't
but for v1, yes, everyone saw it
I made a safe version, so only our eyes were treated by the skin
 
So is the mini map mod still work? And if I get the skins mod can I use it on classic and ranked?
