I realy dont know why.I restart the server,I try with more device but i didnt get this error.You are the onlyone.
If you dont mind can you please just uninstall the apk delete all data and then install it again.?

Hello grade 104 equipment you can buy it with coins.To make this coins you only have to vote for us(from in game interface). For every valide vote you gain 67 coins in your account.To make this you only have to go in game press Vip/Recharge/Any image with diamonds and then vote for server and exchange coins!
Have a nice stay on our server!

On the same page. Go to the vote for coins section and scroll down a bit. You'll find some boxes which allow you to choose your items. Font forget to put in which server and for which character.

Did you try connect in another network or in 3g/4g? If this message still pop up problably is the apk file, server side inssues or the connection distance between your location and the server.
