Modding Honkai impact 3rd global

I just want to know what program(s) should i used for trying to mod HI3 cause i try to use .net reflector but that didn't work as there was no .dll files to mod in the mange folder, so yea if someone can link or suggest a modding program that can be used on HI3 with success, it be much appreciated.

I believe it's another program called ida. I'm also trying to mod honkai bit having some trouble
