I want to say that this mod works and the menu provides money and free purchase as said but the game is so laggy that I get kicked out from the game after a few clicks I've been playing this game going on 3 years now and it's known for being a bit laggy but I was kicked out so many times I don't know if it's the mod that cause the game to lag or what but I'm posting this in hopes that the modded can check this issue out and if it is the mod causing the issue they can fix it but yes guys it works
