Try this:
1. Remove original apk (PS version), then copy obb file to Internal storage/ Android/obb and SD Card/ Android/ obb ( if you have, for sure).
2.Go to settings/Apps/Choose game name, turn on all permissions especially Storage permission, and then run game. It may work

You can download the xapk file on apkpure, and then change .xapk at last to .zip and you can extract it. After that, you will see the original apk and obb file in there.
