Does anyone know if the 1st mod (high dmg) is ban-able in tower? Does the game record the dmg or time the run?

Some people reported warning "EDG:Emulator detected" when starting monster strike.
Using emulator may take a risk even this is not indicated.
Is there a good way to avoid detecting such as faking device information?
