Hello Friends,

I am on K20 pro and the MTP is not getting detected. Any idea what could be going wrong with it?

there could be a few reason why :
  1. not enough voltage output on the usb port you are plugging, try them all to see where they will work
  2. your anti virus might be blocking storage device type
  3. basic driver / full driver of your android might be missing/not installed or may not be fully compatible to your Windows 10 version
  4. try using other data cables
  5. try turning enable usb debugging (search enable developer options of your device on google to activate this)

Could you get it work with the advice from Zscythe?
If not more detailed info about system version, firmware, type of connection, and so on would be good to analyze the problem.

Sorry for the late reply. But thanks. Now my problem is resolved. It was happening because of the driver Issue. I reinstalled the driver and the issue got resolved. BTW, this article helped me to figure out the issue.
