Try using a proxy / vpn, your internet connection is really bad and that's why you're experiencing this issue. Also, make sure that you update over wifi.

Maybe you don't have enough ZEN, go in Lorencia and check the requirements at the rebirth NPC.

Click on minimap > maps > lorecina or bravemans land (one of them) should be the starting map. Then the NPC shold be next to you.

To go location line 1 smooth.
But
Cross server not working. My hero not enter at the location according main task. / my hero back to brave maindland.

Easy to try and chek.. you try to enter cross server by map.

Try use name normal . Dont make drama name

Example just = azwanir
