Dr. Stone is an ongoing anime, it's looking really good!

If you wanna change it up and watch a movie, Tokyo Godfathers all the way.

Grand Blue is quite an epic comedy, I agree with you. The cast just works so well together. For me, Aho Girl and Nichijou are also quite funny. And we can't ignore Gintama when it comes to comedy.
