You can try uninstall and completely removing the game data from your device, and do not use any account (social or not) which you have played other EA games with.
Then install the original game again, and make a completely new account with it, see if it start thise way.

If still it doesn't work try the same with a different device entirely, or the same one if you are rooted and know how to use Xprivacy.
