Then you'd have to email their support to get it sorted out because this is their website issue already. All I know was that I linked the metamask and I can register instantly

Hands up, if your account were disabled, not knowing there's such thing as a 0 HP(literally godmode) & 1 Hit K.O glitch happened to you in Endless Mode. Aaand.. the game thinks you're abusing glitches/bugs even tho you don't know how it was glitched and you just kept continuing playing until the stage finishes instead of leaving the game, wasting 10 gold.

Some tips for you folks:
1: (Main detail)> It's best for you using mod in this game after unlock withdrawal in wallet (you unlock it by defeating the last boss in World 6). This is important because all accounts are banned for standard verification by the ban bot(to verify if you're using illegal methods to pass world 6 and unlocking world 7). If you didn't passed world 6 last boss, you get banned for standard verification and you maybe never get your account back if you abused cheating before defeating world 6 last boss.
2: The ban bot saves a "replay" of your battle session based in your received damage. So if you abuse godmode, your ban percentage maybe will increase. When using godmode, avoid taking too much damage, do the MAX you can to avoid it!
3: Try not to be in Endless Tower ranking, cause you'll be verified and banned after verification.
4: Spend exactly 45 energies each 12 hours (Maybe an excel table'll help you to organize this better).
This was my personal tips, based on my experience (i'm on it since the release).
Note: Before update 1.37, I have discoreved the details explained in tip 1 & 2 by using and testing exploit with cheat engine. Be careful and use it for your own risk.

  • IF YOU DON'T DO THIS MOD WILL CRASH

One friend from a vip cn said me that after they changed drop rate (after 1.38), it's hardest to found now the currently percentage. But if some group found it, this type of service will be unlocked for money. Currently the mod from Jacknator is the best free one and never causes ban (if the player uses after passed world 6 and never abuse godmode), so the mod from Jacknator is incredible (and the best part: it's for free. He have my thanks for it, I appreciate it). In cn a vip group before 1.38 unlocked all characters, drop rate to get always epic equipments but they said that when release 1.38 was launched the security was increased a lot and drop rate changed to unknown value(and with this new security the ban percentage are now higher than before).
