noob question, pls help...

i noticed a lot of term "Note: Make Sure to untick "Download offers" option.". i've search this option everywhere (i think) but i can't find it.....pls help me T_T

my phone:
Nexus 5 - android 5.1.1
Rooted - Yes (using kingroot)
Lucky patcher - instaled (but I don't quite know how to use it)
