this is my first time to buy vip and dissapointed. if u 1st time to buy vip make sure the game mod u will play is ok or u ur vip will be wasted. cannot be refunded. my vip now will expired for nothing. my money worth wasted like i buy a thing for nothing.

Sorry that you feel that way, but im sure if you messaged @h3yf00l he would be more than happy to work something out with you. And in case you didn't realize you can always check the vip game list or pm a staff member to see if a game is up to date before purchasing VIP.

he said is not possible bcoz i played other game while waiting for my game mod will be ok. i got a wrong bcoz i purchased vip not pm a staff that the game mod i played is ok.
 
Refunds and compensations have requirements that need to be met to proceed with them, you didn't meet any of them.
