No. I dont think any prvt srv comes with translated text unless admin(or anyone able to) translates it and updates server to apply changes. I may be wrong, but i think it goes something like that.

As for the app, works fine just a shame its not english :(

Regestering works just tap a few of the buttons(i cant tell you exactlly what to press i dont read chinese or w.e the srv is in xD) has 9 open srv atm too so can try a few teams and get vip dia etc each time you play a dif srv.

It asks for a phone number, mine doesnt work so i guess i need a chinese one
 
OK i found out. You have to put a number and a password for log in data. The number youll get if you press on that question under the red button. Copy this number and put it in and under it (there you can See a closed eye) you have to put your Passwort in

I forgot that you have to take the "-" away from the number
