You're not banned, some people on reddit have reported the same issue (and they won't post it there if they were cheaters).
Close the game and open it again and it should work. If not, repair resources.

I completely forgot, but we'll get soon another legend Marco that will boost EXP by 2,25, while Jack boosts EXP by 2x. Obviously, don't pull for him because anni is in 2 weeks, but wait for his release so you can use him as Friend Captain. It's just a 0,25x difference but in the long run it's a huge amount of EXP you're gaining.

Anni ship boost (3x) x Jack FC (2x) x Jack as captain (2x) = 12x EXP boost x 10.000 EXP = 120.000 EXP
Anni ship boost (3x) x FC Marco (2.25x) x Jack as captain (2x) = 13,5x EXP boost x 10.000 EXP = 135.000
Anni ship boost (3x) x FC Marco (2.25x) x Marco as captain (2x) = 15,1875x EXP boost x 10.000 EXP = 151.875 EXP

So, let's say you play a quest that gives 10.000 EXP if you win. With just 1 Marco you get 15.000 more EXP per run, and if you play that level 100 times you get a total of 1.5M more EXP. Jack is already great but a FC Marco definitely helps.

Sure but you need to know beforehand that if you need the latest legends as FC I'm not the good one hahah

Are they banning for using anything in this mod in grand voyage? The rewards seems like a great bait to the people that uses mods

People are definitely using mods, if you check "guide" against Local sea monster in Fushia village you can see that the Shanks you get from the tutorial is the 3rd and 4th most used captains (both his 4* and 5* version). There's just a small problem... the most difficult mission that requires a Shanks unit can't be done with those units lol
I guess you can use damage multipler mods, but be careful.

I have used the mods in grand voyage and for the moment no warnings I used. Except it's not a ranking event so they can't tell you anything but then I don't know. I have used the riskier 1 wave win cheat and no warning for the time being
 
Download seems to be broken, Link takes you to site but no download button on site, except the one at the bottom that just jumps back to the top. Tried in Edge and Chrome.

What arena?I used it like crazy on arenas and much more content and no warning.Also on what date did you use it on arena and on what date did you get the warning?
 
Guys has anyone else tried 1wave win in Grand Voyage to beat the missions? I have created a new account to expirement and everything seems fine for 2 days now I have not get any warnings and I am using 1 wave win mod everywere
 
So am I the only one that can't download this?

You mean the download button that jumps back to the top, yeah I tried that too. The screenshot is about 1 minute 'after' hitting that download button. Occurs in Chrome and Edge.
