By my definition a points event is an event that gives you actual points after running a stage, not just collect x number of drops for chopperman missions that require you to get x amount of drops for the rewards. There's no rankings in the latter example, only the chopperman missions.
 
when you are flagged with your name in red does that means you will get eventually banned, or does that meanit's just a warning, does the red name ever goes away? what if i want to join another alliance?

Not sure tbh on the ban thing. Some people have recently reported that they've been banned after their first offense though. If that is the case you can probably get a second chance by contacting support and saying you are sorry for breaking ToS and that you won't do it again. As for the alliance thing, it specifically states in the warning message that you can't join another alliance if you leave or get booted from the one you are currently in. I don't know how long the alliance ban lasts so someone else will have to answer on that whether its temporary or permanent. I would imagine that if the alliance ban is temporary then the red name will go away when the alliance ban goes away but that's just a guess on my part.

idk how to word it but the link to support can be reached when you start up the game theres a button for it on the game's main splash screen, before it even starts to attempt to log in,

Is the one wave win cheat safe for the turtle farm event?
Also are damage multi and infinite hp safe to use in GV?

If you have v12.1.0 installed you can play. Try open your game, check your game version and if you're not using 12.1.0 then download the modded apk from the first page, I'm playing just fine with that.
