I got that warning that said my account will be suspended at sept.01 pst, can i do anything to made them not to suspend my account?

This is incorrect. I kept running the TM after I got the warning message and was still getting points, the numbers both showed up after a boss kill and my total TM points increased (and continued to increase) even after the warning message. Re-read my message, I stated that in there that I was still earning points. Trust me, I tested to see if I was still earning points after the warning and absolutely was still earning them.

Maybe they'll give you a chance to play the game again or maybe not anymore.
Maybe you guys still have that cotton candies in your inventories or too much dupes. Just sell all that cotton candies and lessen those dupes (by feeding or sell in ray shop).
Char. Box is stored in online data of OPTC that's why sometimes their detection is through that.

You guys had enough chances to backup your account. In chase of an update like this one, load your backup and play it with an clean apk. I dont know why u guys spam him about an update. Only 1 or 2 reminds are enough. He isnt blind or something else. Dont missunderstand me i also want an update asap but i play on an another mod apk. So just being patience and being kalm
