Because when you use God mode and get despaired your hp totals get funky and it locks up. Same if you were to switch characters with luffy/ace.
Workaround is to use Moby dick and don't heal up OR bring a 4 turn despair reducer with you like WCI Carrot

yeah it happened with my game too for 1st time after install new patch, its stuck when connecting. for me, trying to wait for 10 minutes n try to connect n disconnect my wifi 1-2 times its not stuck again n try to connect, thrn my game enter notmally, im trying to enter the game 2nd time n its enter normaly. idk maybe this occurs just for 1st time u enter game with new patch.. until now its not trouble again.

BTW, There used to be a version with Max-out damage. Why is that missing?
For all the players in BigMom TM. Do you guys having any problems when V.S. Nami? Obviously, not the 1 wave mod cause that will not work in TM mode.

Hello together with the MOD version 8.2.4 if I use MOD number 1 and then do TM, the game always freezes on Nami. Does anyone have the problem or does anyone have an idea how I could fix that?
