Hello.. Im new here.. Previously i installed v3 mod apk (god mode+max out atk+infinite space) for optc 9.4.0
After new update, i downloaded the new apk but it is said "the application is not installed"
Is it bcoz from the new update apk is different version mod apk than the v3 mod apk?
What should i do?

Do you think the other top rank players are modders? Are you ever worried about using obvious modded teams that wouldn't be able to clear high TM levels? A lot of the other top ranks seem to use leads that can actually clear the ranks, but I noticed you generally keep a random booster at the top that likely wouldn't be able to clear the stages without a mod.
@iAlex I can't open the game it's stuck at the black screen
Make sure you have storage permissions enabled for the OPTC app and that the config file he has in the first post is in your root folder. If you're getting a black screen you're likely not doing one of those two things.
I might come out of the blue, I was a lurker here and made my acc few days ago. What I can read from certain discords the other top players seem to be legit, they are most of the time providing videos with their runs and seem to be actually pissed that the first rank is using mods to get there cause let's be honest he makes it obvious that he is cheating ,I went only to top 500 because lack of time
going to top 1 seems a bit too much for me in hindsight. I rather use mods when there is no pvp just to gain some time, or what do the others think? I mean there's no point for me going to top 1 as I know that it sucks for the serious players. I think I'm dropping out of using mods, been using them since a month but I don't see any fun anymore, will go back to my Japan acc

you are quite outdated man, been 2 versions that i changed the mod and i wont bring back old mods for no reason LOL

i'm pretty sure at least majority of top 10 is using mod. i mean getting points more than 200 mills means that you've reach above level 100 nav. i have rainbowed v2 Ace as captain and his stats boosted 2.5x even more i'm on grandline league which is lower than new world league but i only managed to deal damage about 20 mills or so at max without mod, and double v2 Ace Captain is the strongest in that TM instead of double Arlong or v2 Ace and Arlong Combination. while the problem is not only enemies had more and more hp and pretty high attack, if you only manage to cut Nami's HP about 80%, you'll get bumped out with her deals damage skill (if i recall its 100x attack or less, i forgot). at this point, what i'm going to tell is that there's no way you could survive unless you had god mode. even more, Bandai seems don't care about TM Ranking as long as you didn't use 1 wave clear.
