i am going to tell you what to do as you don seem to understand:
1.Download the new mod apk here: com.namcobandaigames.spmoja010E_20042020_311e6c93.apk - ANDROID DOWNLOAD and install it over the old mod.
2. Download this file: https://androidrepublic.org/attachments/optceng_config-txt.114460/ and put it in the main folder of your phone where your download folder, whatsapp folder, DCIM folder is.
3. Now you can start the game. Please back up your account with sns.

You can use it but is risky.
If you are forced to use 1 wave in BB you have to follow the 90 seconds rule. You have to clear the first wave normally, wait 90 seconds on the pop-up message that appears when you have done and then click 'OK' to reach the rewards recap page. Be careful because if you are distracted and click OK earlier than you should you can get point locked.

I tested 1 wave on another account and got point locked because I haven't waited enough.

Issue is that with parallel space or whatever app that modifies the path to SDCARD/INTERNAL STORAGE will make the mod unusable, i will not adapt it to PS use so all you can do is use MOD on MAIN SPACE where it will work 101% and use original apk in PS, as simple as that, no idea why you never tried the reverse thing =_=

When i sad SECOND SPACE i was referring to Xiaomi's built it feature that let you make a second space, someone was able to make a mod wioth external config work there

One on main space and other on secobd space
okey that for PS cannot clone mod

There is no information about rewards in the ingame notice. Actually there isn't anymore the first notice talking about the BB.

If you go to the ranking site (Blitz Battle! Four Emperors | ONE PIECE Treasure Cruise) and scroll down you find a window called "Important". Here, scroll down until you find "About Blitz Pts Ranking Rewards". Last line of this section says "- The reward distribution date will be announced on in-game Notice."

We just have to wait.
