I guess iAlex is aware of this. Take a day off, guys and enjoy the awesome weather. Maintenance is not even over yet.

Nice. In Global: 1 Gem, maybe 2. In Jpn: 50 Gems. :D

This, and other poor treatment of global (like not having recent legend ticket for 7m points in treasure map like JP started getting from X Drake TM onward) is exactly why I started modding. I wasn't a modder before, but if you are gonna constantly spit in the face of global then *explative* you, Bandai.

This is not exactly the reason for me. Mine was: I didn't want to spend 3 hours or more in a day in this game anymore. But your reason is true. ^^

We are in confidence so.. I was a whale with the cheap gems.. now account locked, modding and f2p I've got more legends new than before.. bandai doesn't give to old players but always to the newbie.. fuck them

The more you buy the less they give, it's a formula most gacha games use. Give a lot at start, up the rates and luck, it sets a standard (hook) that you believe it is a normal thing. Then when you start purchasing they dwindle it down and eventually try and trap you into spending more just so that u maybe get that dopamine shot you had at start. Just like cocaine dealers give a free sample to a potential new customer 🤪

Oh, I see. We are getting deep now. But basically you are right. Works even with rigged rates for freepulls. Freepulls -> Happy Players -> Rigged Rates -> Go for more Pulls with free Gems -> Rigged Rates but promising Steps -> Go for paid Gems and more rigged rates. :D

Plus I swear I feel like the content creators get like a stealth buff to their rates. Look at how often popular youtubers get the newest units on their debut. I have only pulled a debut legend like two times in the history of my account (started back during 2nd anni), do 6-10 multipulls each time trying for the legends I want the most, and never get them on their debut. Then you have youtubers out there doing less than 10 multis on every single debut legend and get the dang thing like 95% (or higher) of the time. It kinda makes sense if they actually do something like that, if you think about it. If the game looks like it has great rates because the most popular streamers always get them with minimal investment and effort, then that is likely to draw in more people.

It would be a valid marketing strategy but I dont think the creators would be made aware as it would make their reactions be not genuine. They might buff the rates on them slightly but then again there are big content creators who get schafted hard on almost every banner aswel. There is always RNG involved so you can never be sure. Albeit on JP I had 550 gems for 6th anni and got literally all the new legends in 130 gem multi and then another 30 gems on the Eustass Kid banner and got him aswel. So convinced I am not, but it would certainly be a valid marketing strategy. Also content creators telling you not to pull or when to pull is not ideal for the company to make money telling ppl to wait for 2x or higher rate banners isnt exactly what they want, they want people to spend on their game as much as possible . Thats why lately they are making events where u have to pull new units specifically for that event to even compete.

Well, I doubt that even when sometimes I had the feeling. But I also saw a lot of videos in which Toadskii and asianGuy pulled plenty of pulls and got nothing. Even in the last sugos I got 3 Nami V2 and Chopper and his debut. This can unfortunately happen just like other times where I got nothing or Cavendish. But I totally think the rates are rigged and since Bandai is not even thinking of removing 3* and old 4* from the pool I accept all critisism about the system, because it is just not fair for players. :)

Indeed, exactly my thought. And honestly... why should I even try to compete in a fair way on all the events when I know that I could play honest and still be in a lower ranking than others, who mod. Besides... I am so bored about event after event. No time for relaxation, days off or storyrelated content. Always: Blitz Battle -> Kizuna -> TM -> Repeat . When I started to play there was an event round about every 6 months... this was really hype. And I was totally okay with this, even competed in a serious way because it felt like something special. The frequency of events make them totally not special to me. :D

In my opinion the peak of Bandai negligence was gem valley accident. You - as a company - have to remove gems/tablets/tomes and every other item that came from glitched mails? I don't like it but I understand that it is something needed to not create huge inequality between who abused the glitch and people that didn't know about it. The fact that pissed me the most was that people can keep ships and box space bought using those glitched gems, they also used glitched tablets + units pulled using glitched gems to increase LB abilities of their own units...I saw some people that went from a small amount of rainbowed units from the tavern to have a FULL box of rainbowed legends and rare recruits.

I was going to reduce the usage of the mod because I wanted to play the game in a "legit" way using no mods for first successful attemps and then using one wave because I am able to clear the quest but too lazy to waste time doing it again and again. People can keep glitched ships/space/rainbows? Fine, I'll use the mod harder and harder being careful to not getting spotted with ranked events, enable unlimited box space and do whatever I feel like doing.
