I don't know why they detected suspicious activity, i used waaaay less than 600 but they pointlocked me during the blitz. So you can't think like that, just for info.

Did you use 1 wave mod? That would explain why you got flagged.
Ofc i didn't use one wave, i know that is a high way to be detected, i'm just suspicious that they can find cheaters in other ways that i don't know
Have you ever been caught other times and got pointlocked? If someone gets spotted maybe they take a closer look at what that player does.

I guess Macro recorders are the way. You activate the recording and it will keep track of where you click and slide (like attacking, using a special or swapping a dual character). At the end, when the game asks you Retry or Done, you press retry and then stop the recording when the first stage is loaded. At this point you enable the previously recorded gameplay and it will do the exact same actions. You count how many times you can run this stage considering your stamina and set how many times this recorded script has to be repeated. With TM you do the something similar but there you have to click manually over the log because you will have to chose which path to follow and which foe to attack before arriving at the end of the map.
or u simply build a team with supports to counter all the mechanics in the stage. Press auto and done. Easy. I use the memu player buildin macro recorder

That's a way to do it for non complex levels. For this kind of event right now or things more detailed like Garp Challenges where you get inflicted multiple times with annoying debuffs (5 turns paralysis, bind, despair and so on) using a macro can be helpful and save time. Anyway, I use it to spend ~400 Kizuna tickets during Co-op events because we get a huge amount of tickets during them and there's no way to use x100 tickets at time.
I use the one provided by Nox emulator itself. I play on PC because of battery usage on smartphones during TM or BB, so I can't be really helpful if you're looking for an app on smartphone.
