it is in the first page, bypass apk is an apk without the mod that is use to update the apps current version in your device , for instance like in optc from 10.2.0 to the latest one which is 10.2.1

So if I download bypass 10.2.1 and then download 10.2.1 mod ver. does that mean I don't need to download data in-game again?

yes the mod apk will just overlap the bypass one(provided your using both made by ialex and of the same version in this case v.10.2.1)

Yes. I installed it, and it turned out to be non-modded version. Is this what supposed to happens?

Yes

bypass is meant for not losing logins and to let you play if possible while i finish mod

bypass can be installed over old mod or new mod
New mod can be installed over old mod old bypass or new bypass

No not possible, youll get a notice like "application not installed" or something like that, the same applies if you do the inverse process, installing mod apk and then trying to update via playstore

I think if you download app outside from playstore you can't updated it from play store

First off thanks, gotta ask though, why the change? I enjoyed the freedom of being able to put any number I wanted, sometimes I would use a high number for a wave with % damage reduction on the enemy to bypass that stage if I dont have a character with a special that bypasses it (garp challenges im lookin at you since it forced certain types to be used)

Looks better and to avoid damage abuse since some users like big ass numbers and have no brain

Usually there are f2p characters that can clear annoying debuffs like threshold damage reduction and % damage reduction for ranked events, so it's not a big hassle. Though, I get what you mean, would have been great to just auto difficult levels like GCs but you can clear them with 1 wave without problems.
