Login every day, play everything and get the rewards, get all non-ranked rewards from ranked events (like the current TM), complete chopperman missions (at least 3 daily missions for 1 gem, rookie+intermediate+master missions for lots of gems but takes time for the last ones, special missions that are connected to event island events), boost your "rainbow fruit tree" in gather island as much as you can to reduce the time needed for an extra gem from time to time (I have it at level 29 and I can get 1 gem every 45 hours). Those are the basic tips.
If you're new or a returning player the best way to get lots of gems is to beat all the levels in the Recollection Archive. There is a table online that shows how many gems you can get from each difficulty/enemy so you can play them from the best one. I can't find it but this other one should be a bit helpful: data should be correct so you can get those gems easily.
Always open the daily 5 snails. They have a ridicolous low chance of getting a gem but it doesn't hurt to try. With 7th anniversary there were high chances of getting 5 gems from a snail but since the event is over the rates got back to normal. Once you get all the available gems there's nothing you can do.

for the moment the team is not active. if it stays like that after kizuna I'm leaving. I need a very active alliance and not one that does little or nothing

Understand but i can't control them i was hoping that they would be active too but if u know any active players i would gladly kick the rest of the remaining 6 and accept new ones that are active i would go and find some but i have a very busy schedule so little time to find new players
