You might don't care anymore but describing your experience might be useful to other players so you can help them... How many items did you have? Some years ago a dude only used unlimited box space but he got banned because he had like 50000+ items in his box (before stacking was implemented).

Actually, you're gaining an unfair advantage againts non-modders so it's definitely plausible that it is the cause, also what @souleaters said is correct (I know it's a joke but that's true): no gems spent for box = less gems you need and possibly less gems you need to buy with real money for pulls.
If you have a box with 1000 space but 3300 units in it, you haven't spent 460 gems compared to a legit player with 3300 units and 3300 space (3300 space is the legit max for your box). Less/no gems spent for the box = more gems you can spend pulling in sugofests = more potential boosters for PvP events or rankings = easier life reaching the rewards goal in events or reaching higher ranks.
You might argue with this and that's ok, anyway a modded apk is a cheat tool even if you don't use the services it provides, then using a modded apk is a violation of the ToS as mentioned >here< so it's not far fetched to say that unlimited box space might be the reason why you got banned.

Got the same message. Got a warning last month during kizuna but thought it was because I accidentally used 1 wave. Other than that I only have been using god mode and damage multiplier and then 1 wave only in grand voyage so don't know what the trigger could be.
 
Since most who got a warning is listing their mod usage, i'll go ahead and do the same. I have 2 accounts that got the warning when i booted up the game the other day.

One account has a few years of playing with mods, has about 6000-ish units in the box, only used Damage mod on 900, god mod, and unlimited box space. I ranked inside of the 3000 range in the anniversary blitz, and played the treasure map maybe 4 times before i got bored. No one-wave win at all, and i actually used featured/new anni units that were maxed out, so i wasn't using some weak looking team. I know mods don't matter in PVP, but i don't play it at all.
The other account has half a month, only 1000-ish in the box. Used same mods, similar ranking in the anni blitz, same runs of the TM. No real difference.
I've never gotten a prior warning like this. I did get an in-game mail once about getting point banned during a collect-a-thon event for using one wave some years back.

look that I have not been banned. there is only one warning and enough that they saw that I was using mod. it is not known which cheats. maybe I solve the problem of unlimited space but then it's a instead it's another thing. now if I make another mistake they ban me so I don't know how to act. maybe it's just brought about by the unlimited box cheats and not god mode and damage multiplier. or all three together. what do you advise me to do? do I put the space right and see what happens to me? at the next warning message I will be banned because they see that I continue to use cheats
 
you all say that it could be the cheats of unlimited space but in my opinion it could also be that of the damage multiplier and god mode. guys with the next warning message I will be banned but for the moment I'm safe

however I have 6224/1720 box space. I went too far beyond 1720 but I don't know if the warning is brought about by this

the maximum is 3300 I have seen. I can try with another account and see if that's the reason it's for the space. practically I have 3000 units to remove

You can try using only unlimited box space, set damage multiplier at 1 and turn off god mode. You can do this or stop playing or play the game with a clean version.

What are those 6000+ units? Don't sell them. You can use the dupes to Level limit break all of your legends/RR/LRR/Kizuna RR/TM RR and the farmable characters from arena/recollection archive/TM & Kizuna f2p units. Keep 1 copy of legends that will change their colour/class/special effect/rumble ability or special and so on. A great example is TS Luffy: his 6⭐ version is QCK but his 6+⭐ becomes PSY and his effects change. His 6⭐ his needed to complete grand voyage lv.5 against Buggy and people need him as FC with max LB and max LLB plus a lot of ATK CC. This is an improvement very important for non-modded players but is also good for modders that will think about dropping the mods.

You have cotton candy in the box? Sell all because it will be stored in an "hidden box" that doesn't take space. Sell all of your 1⭐/2⭐ units that don't evolve and all the useless farmable characters like navy/pirates fodders like the ones the the screenshot.

Sell all evolvers that don't stack, use the boosters that don't stack to increase the level of your level-limit-breaked units so you make lots of space, keep all of your evolvers/boosters that stack.

I also got the warning. I read through the posts here and I'm coming to the conclusion the reason is card space. I haven't used Any other mod since the blitz event at the start of anni and that was only God mode, damage and card space. I only went to about 60k for the event and stopped.

I played TM to about Nav 4 but at this point the only mod I was using was card space. I played it on the first day but just started hopping on only to claim log ins. if it matters I'm in East blue league because I don't really like Grindy events.

Got the warning last night.don't remember the exact number my card space was but it was in the 4ks. Funny thing is I was probably in the 5ks before the Legend tickets entered the Rayleigh shop.

If I was to come to a personal conclusion, it would look like they are starting to crackdown on card space.

Yes, but now I don't play it anymore because without god mode and damage multiplayer I can't do anything. Those 6000 are the units I have in the box but the maximum is 3300 so I have 3000 more. I don't trust playing anymore

Also to everybody getting warnings.

I have been using God mode, 1,000,000x multiplier for years now together with unlimited box space but not using 1 wave win. Havent got a warmning in years eventhough I have been consistently over the max box limit by 4000+ cotton candies (pain in the ass to sell them 1 by 1). I did however have spent some money on the game before around $400 US dollar and have gotten 1 warning in the 1000 days I have been using this exact mod when Doflamingo Kizuna was on and used 1 wave win on it back then but never before and never after. I havent logged in yet today because of the new version update to see of I may be banned or have a warning message or not so I will inform u guys later.

Tl;DR

They can ban you for any reason they see fit that violates the TOS. You may not even use any of the mods actively but purely by logging in through a modded APK could already trigger a warning/ban from their side because OPTC uses your google play account to log in and the mod doesnt allowed you to use google play account and lets you connect anyway. Im not a tech guy but one would think this could be detective on their side very easily noticing you are using a modded apk that connects without a Linked google play account. And from this point on be monitored for suspicious activity. Also think thst if you have spend legit money on the game without cheap.gems or tricks they might be a bit less heavy on your ban since they hope a warning will.make you stop and potentially spend more money o their game. Thats my opinion and I could be wrong!
 
I got the same warning, and i do not use the card space. So i can tell you right now it's not card space.
To me it's obvious that everyone using the mod got the warning. It's either the Grand Voyage, or the mod itself was identified, and anyone using a different APK from the clean one is getting the warning.
 
I don't know how to do it anymore. We no longer understand anything. I don't know if it's the infinite space cheats or damage multiplayer or god mode. Nothing is known. Bho
 
i also got a warning few days ago.... i played BB, TM (NO ONE WAVE), no point lock...but a warning...iam sooo confused... i used 1 wave in the past and got a warning for stupidnes... but the recent idk

It seems that the mod apk itself is detectable when you launch the game because according to the differents opinions above whether you use damage multiplier, box space or god mode only you still got the warning.
