Hello friend please help my mobile is not Root i use mod apk but now i want to save my game progress but original apk not installed says first uninstall apk for your mobile if i uninstall my game progress well be gone

You could root your phone, but keep in mind it comes with risks like bricking your device. If you’re not comfortable with that, try using apps like Swift Backup or check if the game supports cloud saves. Good luck.
