Changing my DNS did not improve the situation, but instead made it even more difficult to access the address. Can I replace it with the previous download link?

It seems that without using VPN in China, it is not possible to load to the homepage properly, but there may be situations where the loading page gets stuck and then redirects to the homepage of the network disk. Therefore, using the previous network disk seems to solve the problem.
