It's wrong playing the Tutorial using mods to begin with, because mods often broke the tutorial scripts and have weird outcomes.
I suggest play the tutorial in the original game, and i suggest to do so for every mod, just to avoid troubles.

With this particular game & mod setup, after installing modded apk/obb...it automatically brings you thru tutorial. You need Internet connection for this. It won't connect with mod.

I've also been playing awhile and there's no way to sync or get to settings option to install original saved game until tutorial is done.

So at this point, for non-rooted phones it's no good.

If there's a work around, please let me know. Thanks!

@bscruggs1933 Sorry i'm not the one who made this.
I didn't saw any info from the modder about this issue, if i find something i will post it.

Where's the OBB file? Or do I have to download the PS Version and replace it with an unsigned apk? The app is working but there's no difference when I replace it with the mod apk. I got the OBB from Play Store since you guys didn't post any.

Nevermind! Mine worked after playing a match and got the coins! Thanks for the wonderful mod!
 
The antiban does not work well when you close the game and open it again it say account blocked when you try to play multiplayer
