I have decrypted all the files and got some lua codes injected to the engine, might still take a while to think how I can repack and share the mod easily.

It might be harder to release the modded files since the update could remove the mod any time. I can think of a way to add a persistence but that's out of scope. Right now, if anyone wanted to take a look at the decryption/encryption of lua files, codes are available at tjcrypt
