Possible share vip with another person?

yes you can share with your sibling, partner, friends. but you are responsible for your account.

It is OK if you choose to split a VIP subscription with somebody else. Bear in mind though that there will only be 1 VIP account the one you share with will not be able to login as VIP on their account, this also means that if you are only allowed to use 1 device each and if either of you break this you would both be blacklisted and unable to use any of the VIP mods

Correct. 1 VIP account gives you access to a license that can be installed on 2 devices only

you can create additional AR account to purchase vip for the additional license..
