Well I do suggest let someone who can translate EN > JP for you.. But if I remembered correctly they accept Google Translated emails, just explain clearly what happened and if they replied after a day or two then just translate what they said and reply with appropriate answer. Remember this method is 100% not guaranteed to work since they're kinda strict about this so hope for the best.

To clarify. The regular attacks from the event boss are reduced as intended by the respective modded apk. The specials seems to do reduced damage (~2k for me, varies depending on the character's stats), but the boss seems to go into a frenzy when it goes below 50% and spams it's specials and other abilities more often, which is what is killing off people's parties. The boss is more or less a dps check. If you have high enough dps output, you'll down the boss before it downs your party.
