It's a translation mistake. To be precise, sub-accounts are banned after 1.2 times, and main accounts that do not use cheats are not banned, so I would like to tell you that it is not IPBAN.

It is a rank match function. Being banned even though you've only done it once means that you've identified the cheat even if you're not in the TOP rankings. I'm currently using cheats in my sub-account, but I can use them without banning. Also, considering that accounts that haven't played rank matches and have been playing solo live and multi-live using cheats for more than 5 months are still in use, cheats can only be identified in rank matches, and BAN is manual. I will conclude that

i've been using this mod on multiple accounts and i haven't gotten banned yet. i recommend not all perfecting every single time because obviously you will get banned. i don't think full combos will make you get banned (turn on autoperfect and manual greats and try to get atleast 50 greats, that's what i do) as long as its not every single time. and i play on multilive only btw
Im here to say that you can get ban by playing in rank.(idk if you can get ban playing in multi) I did a test in rank match, always AP(theres FC too) and lost some match(idk how many play but i got in less t50) but still get banned. I just want to say that dont make too much AP or do what this comment say.
And yeah be careful for using MOD and dont abuse it in rank.

1 question what if you get banned? Is there any options to recover or unbanned the account or make an appeal to the devs

No option to unban and i highly doubt devs going to restore your account if they know you were cheating

They might have add a function that detects this mod.
I used this mod in rank match for 2 hours but I hardly ever got perfect results and took the fall to make an adjustment of a winning percentage. Also, I played at 30-minute intervals just in case. However, there were no meaning.
I'll take this opportunity to quit playing this game.

I think maybe you get the rank too high with poor number of songs finished
vip or not vip you can get ban anyways lol
