try original apk to download data, if still fail then I can't help.
probably they restrict data download based on region where they do CBT? not sure...

hmm strange, after i finish downloading the in-game data 124/124, i login with facebook, create char and still stuck there. ( i repeat re-install this almost 5 times ), but after i depressed so i press home button then close game, and i try to re-launch game again (without re-install), now it says updating game data 1/124 after it finish updating game data i can fully load the game and play, thx MODDERS, maybe someone had issue like me so i share it.

On going maintenance now... we cant play and if i'm not mistaken, i was said until 10.30. Dunno which time they were prefer.

About the stuck, i'm having it also couple of times, but just quit the game and reopen it...

The mod is works normally on me, but yea, i'm having couple of times infinite loading.
