Did u allow access to the requested stuff. Idk how to explain. Hold on the app, click on info which is next to uninstall. Info will take u to settings. U have an option called access granted or something like that, click on it and allow.

Thank you for your help. But during installation i granted all the permissions. Besides to double check i went so see the options as you said. But nothing there to do but reading the things this app has access to. I think it’s just my phone as I'm using a prehistoric low end device named asus zenfone 5 with 4.2 Android version. Cause yesterday i found out that even downloading from playstore i couldn't start the game! So i guess i just have to buy another phone.
