So, after I use script "Unlock expired vechicles", then there aren't any of these vechicles in my garage even after I restart the game.

[ExpiredCarUnlock] only unlocks the vehicles; you need to purchase them yourself. When the unlocking process is completed, you need to enter the dealership again. You can now pay for it as usual, or use [CarPurchaseAssist] to make it free. Whether you pay for it or get it for free will be recorded in your save data.
