S7 edge recording performance. How to increase?

Hey guys!! Happy new year!
I have a question, as I'm playing goddess: primal chaos and making videos i wanna ask how to get the best gaming performance?
What I mean with that is.... I play it with no lag or anything, but when I'm recording ally war as its 30v30 my fps drops from a stable 30 to 20-25 and the quality of the video drops as well. Is it possible to solve that problem? Would root help? Or not really? Any other options?
p.s. whats the best tool(app) to record ??

I'm happy to hear any advice, your opinions.

The problems with what people claim to be the "best" screen recorders are they are massively resource hungry in themselves which adds a huge drag to the available performance.
The best recorder for me he's always been
Telecine - Android Apps on Google Play
It is extremely lightweight meaning it should not affect your game much if at all
