Sdorica Sunset Infuse Question

Anyone here play Sdorica Sunset?
I'm just curious if Yamatsuki and Sione are both recruitable from story progress or is it only by the infuse/gem summoning?
If so, I'll likely have to reroll for either.

AFA i play on story Chapter 5. i still didnt get thier fragment.
but I see other guild member have Yamatsuki so i think u can get her in Infuse / Market.
