It's in VIP because of how difficult the mod is and how good the security is on it. If all games that were requested in public were made public we would have no VIP section.

It doesn't make sense for the person to request it then, but at the same time, people that request it should have a chance to have a mod too. Like it's basically saying "Can I have $10 says the little brother, and instead the little brother's parents gives $10 to his bigger brother instead"
 
VIP and non VIP request on same section. mods provided on different channel. Grab mods avail to you. Pretty sure there are more than one person asking for this game, what's not fair? LOL
