can't disable them, no toggle for those - also not worth the efforts to put toggles since the mod is only useful for you to finish chapters and there were only a few chapters to finish.
Once you've finished all chapters, you will be in the PVP mode and reportedly long time ago that the mod doesn't work there (which means you will just need to install original once you finish all PVE chapters)
