same game but different provider like your char is on eu server cant play in na server

From the beginning, I DL'd the game from here 《少女前线》官方网站-二次元枪娘养成战术手游 , I guess it's not bilibili then?

I did tried AndyLee's mod from his FB, but starting a new game after I've gotten so far in the original server is just too much for me.
Oh and some ppl said the mod didn't affect boss, if I'm not wrong
