Hello. I can help to translate.
From top to bottom.

1) Infinity heart runestone (Turn top left to 3 heart runestone)
2) 10 combo for first batch of runestone dissolved
3) One-hit
4) Enemy no skill effect
5) Skill cd up when enter stage
6) Not in leaderboard
7) Attack against all enemies
8) Game speed up
9) Unlimited runestone arrangement (That one is red)
10) Auto-win
11) Set your attack and defense percentage
12) Set your time limit for moving runestones
13) Set enemy attack percentage (100%, 80%, 60% etc.)
14) AllMax
15) Skip the friendship point notification after each stage
16) Return to .... after level up/evolve card
i) Pre-set setting
ii) Bag pack
iii) Material bag
17) YOU MIGHT GET BAN BY USING THIS MOD, PAY FOR YOUR OWN CONSEQUENCES (Words in red)


I didnt play TOS in english so some of the words may not fit. Personally, i think 1), 9) and 12) is working in free mode and useful only.
