The game hangs up on certain Boss Stages which have dialogue. I'm guessing it glitches because there is a cutscene when u bring the Boss down to a certain Hp but the Mod allows us to 1-shot him causing it to Bug.

Just use god mode for those bosses, only in tutorial stage you see glitches like that. GL
